Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox by Kate Rheaume-Bleue B.Sc. N.D.

Before I saw this book on an Amazon feed, I never even knew vitamin K2 existed! Hence why I had to buy it! It is an insightful book, not just explaining what K2 is, but also where it used to come from, why we do not get it now, why the body needs it and what happens when we don’t have enough, particularly in relation to taking Calcium and Vitamin D supplements. The author also touches on other important vitamins that interact with vitamin K2 and help the body to utilize it. The book is backed by a lot of scientific data including drawings of the molecular structures of vitamins, but it is still written in a style that I found easy to follow and understand. Worth buying, especially if you are someone who takes Calcium and /or vitamin D supplements as without sufficient K2, you could be causing yourself harm.
